“We first met Lance and his crew 4 years ago when we bought our retirement home off DD. They redid a porch into an all season room to house a hot tub. It was in the midst of Covid so it was challenging getting supplies, windows and lumber. Lance was very flexible working through these delays. The next year they totally redid the 2 main bathrooms, letting me buy the tubs, toilets, etc. I appreciated this
since they took no profit on these.
Then we had a large plate window and sliding door installed to give a better view. They raised a “sunken” living room floor and installed a vinyl wood looking floor. Once again I bought the flooring and saved a lot over local flooring companies.
Our most recent project was building a large greenhouse under the hot tub deck. This was their first wood and polycarbonate greenhouse and they were very adaptive and built it to our specifications. I appreciate that Lance has the same crew working for him over this time. They are professional and trustworthy. My next project is a deck on the back of our house!”
